Terms & Conditions
Payment and Booking Terms:
- Prices listed are exclusive of VAT at a rate of 20%.
- To confirm a booking, a minimum deposit of 30% is required, with full payment due 28 days before the booking date.
- Any additional charges incurred during the booking, such as extended waiting times, extra hours, parking fees, additional stops, or address changes, will be automatically billed to the provided credit card.
- Charges on credit card statements will appear under “CONCALE CHAUFFEUR SERVICES LTD.”
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- If a booking is cancelled within two weeks of the hire period start date, 50% of the total amount paid will be non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within one week of the hire period start date will result in 100% of the total amount paid being non-refundable.
- For wedding bookings, cancellations made within one month of the hire period start date will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within two weeks of the hire period start date will incur charges for the full hire amount.
- For multiple vehicle bookings for major events, cancellations made within 5 days of the hire period start date will result in 100% of the total amount paid being non-refundable.
- Non-appearance at the designated pickup point will result in all monies paid being non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions:
- CONCALE CHAUFFEUR SERVICES LTD requires a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for online bookings. For bookings with less notice, please call our helpline at 0121 661 3116
- While we strive for punctuality, delays beyond our control may occur.
- Clients are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle and will be billed accordingly.
- Subcontracted vehicles may occasionally be provided.
- By providing your email address, you consent to contact from CONCALE CHAUFFEUR SERVICES LTD.
- We reserve the right to change vehicles or chauffeurs as necessary.
- Every effort will be made to ensure timely arrival of vehicles.
- Our vehicles are fully insured, but customer property is carried at their own risk.
- Lost property will be logged and returned if found.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated passengers.
- Our vehicles operate under a strict non-smoking policy.
- Surcharge may apply for holidays and major events.
- These terms and conditions do not affect statutory rights.
